Nankhatai cookies

Ingredients

Ghee.                         250gm
Flour.                         250gm
Icing sugar.             200gm
Cardamom powder   3gm
Pistachio powder.   50gm

Method

Mix the ghee and icing sugar
Add the flour and cardamom powder mix well
Just dip in the pistachio powder

Take 35 gm of the cookies dough place on butter papered baking tray

Bake in 150degree preheated oven for 15 mins
