Basic Bread dough

INGREDIENTS

Refined flour     1kg
Sugar.                60g
Salt.                    20g
Dry yeast           15
Butter.                60g
Water.                550ml

Method

Take the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
Add the water and fold with beater in peddle mixer
